Ciella on what helped her to realize LSU was the school for her "I felt LSU was the school for me because from the first camp I ever went to till now going on my official it’s always felt like home and the things they offer their female student athletes is second to none. I also built great relationships with the coaching staff and when people say when you know, you just know they aren’t lying because that’s how I felt with LSU. Lastly playing softball at LSU has been a dream of mine since I was 9 years old."

On her relationship with the staff she says" my relationship with the coaching staff is great I truly feel like we are family and they’ve been watching me for a long time so they kind of just seen my grow up." She says the staff is planning on using her at 3rd base. On her recruiting visit she connected with one player in particular as she stated " I really bonded with Braelyn (Daniels) but I look forward to playing with all of them."

On who LSU beat out for her commitment "I wouldn’t say I was heavily considering another school because I knew LSU was the school I wanted to be at but Iowa State was definitely in the mix." When asked what LSU fans can expect from her she stated " I want LSU fans to know they are getting someone who is going to give their all every time I step on the field, a true competitor, a leader and someone who wants to take lsu back to where they belong and that’s the college World Series."

On what drives her she stated "my family is definitely my driving force, they are my biggest supporters and my 2nd biggest critics after myself but I wouldn’t change that." Her Twitter page has Psalms 16:8 listed and when I asked what the significance of that scripture is to her she replied with "To me Psalms 16:8 means that as long as I have the lord at the center of my life I feel that I can get through anything and what he has written for me can’t be denied." When not playing softball she enjoys "shopping, hanging out with friends/family, and going to amusement parks."
