She does also place a high priority on her school works as she said "I pride myself on my academics and take a pretty tough course load that includes several AP and Honors classes.I am really proud of balancing that with softball and maintaining a weighted 4.5 GPA"

Team Bond and Inspirations

Softball is not just about individual glory for Bryli; it's about the camaraderie and sisterhood that comes from being part of a team. Her bond with her teammates at Top Gun 2027 runs deep, with many of them sharing a journey from 10u to the present. This unity off the field translates into seamless cohesion on the diamond, making them a formidable force to reckon with. She commented "I also pride myself on being a great teammate. As many of us on Top Gun 2027 have been playing together since 10u which helps our bond on and off the field. They are like sisters to me and they make me a better player."

Bryli draws inspiration from some of the best in the game, looking up to players like Sis Bates and Taylor Pleasants for their skills and work ethic. Her hitting idol, Jocelyn Alo, exemplifies the kind of player Bryli aspires to be - dynamic, consistent, and impactful.

Standout Performances

Bryli's exceptional performances speak for themselves, with standout moments at tournaments like PGF Nationals and Hotshots exposure tournament in Houston, TX. Bryli commented on her performances "I am really proud of what we accomplished out in California at PGF Nationals and felt like I played some of my best softball of the year out there. I was confident at the plate while knowing the girl on the mound was one of the best in the country, and ended the tournament with a .360 BA and 1 HR" .

She added "Hotshots exposure tournament in Houston, TX  was probably my best stats tournament. I hit .857 BA, w/ 2 doubles and 2 HR’s on the weekend with us finishing 2nd as a team."

She discussed her drive on the softball fields saying " I have always been a perfectionist and want to be the best at everything I do, so I would say my motivation to be the best I can, and work to get better, is what drives me. " She has had many positive role models that she looks up to as she stated "I am thankful for our Top Gun coaches (Steph, Bob, Joe, Dave and Matt) that push me to get better at every practice. And I am lucky that my hitting coach, Brent, is my uncle. I can FaceTime him when I am struggling. "

Regarding the camp circuit she said " I have participated in many camps over the last year and a half. I especially appreciate the "experience" camps at various schools like LSU and Arkansas due to the engaging interactions with the staff, players, and campus activities." With it being early in her journey the contact period with coaches not yet beginning I asked if she has a favorite team or Are there any schools that catch her interest even before the recruitment process begins and she replied with "I wouldn’t say I have a specific program I root for. I just really enjoy watching great softball. My parents purchased ESPN PLUS so that we can catch as many games as possible. I am still early in the process but I have been invited to & enjoyed camping at LSU, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mizzou, Tennessee, and Auburn among others."

We discussed what position she prefers playing and she says "Honestly, I don’t have a preference.I just want to play. I have spent most of my career playing SS but have played more 2nd base this past year during comp ball with Top Gun National and really enjoyed it as well. I have also gotten the opportunity to play CF this past year. But if I had to pick one right now it would probably be 2nd. For my HS team I am an everyday SS. Fun fact, my primary position used to be pitcher, which I think has helped keep me disciplined during my at bats."
